URA registers highest growth in the financial year 2021/22

In the 2021/22 Financial Year Uganda Revenue Authority collected Sh21.659 billion, the biggest collection in the history of the country. The revenue grew by 12.44 per cent as compared to collections for FY 2020/21. However, the outturn for the year saw a net revenue collection fall short of the target by Sh704 billion.
