Tshabalala bids for AfDB presidency

South Africa's Swazi Tshabalala says the African Development Bank requires what she called bold reforms to enable it to become the instrument of change Africa's requires. Tshabalala on May 29 will take on Zambia's Samuel Maimbo, Chad's Mahamat Tolli, Senegal's Amadou Hott and Mauritania's Sidi Ould Tah for the AfDB presidency. She joins CNBC Africa to spell out her vision.
