Nigerian lawmakers move Petroleum Industry Bill deliberations to Q1’21

Nigeria’s much-awaited Petroleum Industry Bill has suffered yet another setback. The Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva says the National Assembly has moved deliberations on the bill to the first quarter of 2021.
