TDB’s Awori on how blockchain can help narrow the trade finance gap in Africa

The Eastern and Southern African Trade and Development Bank and OCP Group have executed fertilizer trade finance transactions worth $400 million. And this is all via blockchain technology. The initiative aims to reduce the trade finance gap in Africa and boost trade between African countries.
