Anticipating Nigeria's MPC rates’ decision

In a couple of hours, we will be finding out the decisions of the last Monetary Policy Committee meeting of the Central Bank of Nigeria. In September, the committee voted to raise rates by 150 basis points to 15.5 per cent. As in previous meetings this year, the Committee is faced with the decision of either holding or hiking rates further at a time global central banks are marching on with their interest rate hike.
