SA mining production mining slips 3.6% y/y

Data out earlier from Statistics South Africa showed that the local mining activity slowed in July, decreasing by 3.6 per cent year-on-year with the largest lag recorded in PGMs. This while mineral sales at current prices decreased by 24.7 per cent in the same period.
