Kenya's Supreme Court reinstates Finance Act 2023

On October 29, 2024, Kenya's Supreme Court reinstated the long awaited 2023 Finance Act ruling, which now allows the government to collect taxes, including a 16 per cent VAT on fuel and 1.5 per cent housing levy.
