Can Nigeria meet local crude demand?

Dangote refinery has resumed importing crude oil from the United States despite a deal with the Nigerian government for the supply of up to 400,000 barrels of local oil daily, paid for in naira. Meanwhile, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited has introduced the latest crude oil grade, the Utapate crude oil blend to the international market.
